However, if you are not completely satisfied, please view the information below

regarding our return policy.

RETURNS

​Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note: Custom pieces (i.e. if a custom mold was used to create your item or if the item is embroidered) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Due to hygienic purposes, all accessories are FINAL SALE. Sale items are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ashleyhordge.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in it's original packaging with your proof of purchase and the return form provided. Returns should be mailed to the following address:

Please note: you will bare responsibility for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not bare responsibility for lost returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we've processed your return, we will email you to confirm & provide you with a store credit, minus the standard restocking fee (approximately 20% of the purchase price).

By purchasing from this site, you agree to our return policy as outlined herein.

You also agree that the quantity of product(s) noted within your order, as recorded by Ashley Hordge upon dispatch, is conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you upon delivery unless other conclusive evidence is provided.
