PRE-ORDER

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have it's own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Returns
All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement.

Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” items, as in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

What is Drop shipping?

Drop shipping is a retail fulfillment method in which Ashley Hordge, LLC does not keep the products in stock or on-site. When a drop shipped item is purchased, our manufacturer fulfills the order and ships the item directly to the customer.

Combined Orders

If you add in stock item(s) and drop shipped item(s) to your cart, shipment of your in-stock item(s) will be fulfilled separately from the remainder of your order.
